About Us
C2Adopt (formerly Coordinators2inc) was founded in 1988 by two women who were initially frustrated with a cumbersome system that allowed children to linger for years in foster care waiting to be adopted.
Since that time, C2Adopt has positioned itself as a leader and innovator in adoption. We were the first agency in Virginia to provide fully disclosed, open infant adoption. We developed the model for child-specific recruitment and post adoption services. Thousands of children, youth and families have been served by the programs of C2Adopt, and we are proud to continue offering a range of supportive services to pregnant women, adoptive and birth families, and adoptees.
